Account Executive – Atlanta GA
Overview
The Account Executive reports to the Director of Logistics Sales with primary responsibilities to include developing new business for EcomHalo. The Account Executive must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales process, supporting prospective clients’ 3PL fulfillment and transportation requirements through calls, video conferences, and emails.

Specific Skills
- • 2+ years of demonstrated success in a sales environment, preferred but will train the right person with less experience.
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to initiate contact with new clients
- • Experience using a CRM tool, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- • Highly motivated self-starter able quickly assess viability of opportunities and close
- • Extremely strong organizational and planning skills
- • Experienced in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing business development environment.
- • Proven customer interaction and problem-solving skills
Responsible For
- • Reaching out to prospects via calls or emails to learn more about their requirements
- • Initial gathering of key data points and development of cost models for supply chain services and preparing price quotations
- • Analyze volumes and Scope of Work (SOW) information provided to compare the prospects needs against EcomHalo’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- • Submit appropriate pricing for fulfillment and parcel and answer any questions arising from the rate offering
- • Perform brief software demonstrations to showcase the EcomHalo Platform
- • Input customer information, notes and create records in HubSpot to facilitate future sales opportunities
- • Report on opportunities and opportunity stages, including updates for the Director of Logistics Sales, Guardians, and Operations leadership about opportunities approaching final stages
- • Help Onboard new Customers in the EcomHalo Platform
